We are looking for an experienced individual that has solid experience in the field of technology sales focused on business and consumers. The person hired will work remotely for us on a full time, permanent basis.
We require:
- Fluent spoken and written English
- 2-3 years previous experience in selling computer hardware and software.
- Experienced in using computers.
- Ability to source out and create technology solutions for customers.
- Experience with online marketing, promotions, and building online relationships.
Equipment Requirements:
- Your own private work area.
- Current computer capable of running recent software. (Mac or PC)
- Dual monitors extended display setup. (Optional, but recommended)
- Internet access of at least 100KB/s UP and 500KB/s DOWN.
- Call Center quality computer headset microphone.
Job Description:
Provide expert customer service to inbound and outbound customers over email, live chat, or telephone.(Provided) Also, run web promotions, and conduct other related promotional activities to drive company sales.
Full time commitment to our company (8 hours per day, 5 days each week). You must be able to work 8 hours per day according to the following schedule from 10:00-14:00 to 15:00-19:00 (GMT -06). You must be reliable, trust-worthy and have a high level of integrity. Must be available at all times during your shift on Skype or Google Talk. Daily updates and communication required.
